Here is the practice schedule for those who are in town this week.
Training will be essential because the first meet is next week, therefore, taking a week off from training is not ideal.
Lastly, being indoors for several days has put us behind; therefore, we must perfect field events, block starts, relays, and conditioning.
The schedule will be as follows for this week:
Monday: Voluntary Practice
Tuesday: 12 pm – 1:30 pm
Wednesday: 12 pm – 1:30 pm
Thursday: 12 pm – 1:30 pm
Friday: Off/Athletes on their own
