University of Houston-Clear Lake invites all area high school parents and students to attend our spring 2019 FREE Super Saturday A Road to College at University of Houston-Clear Lake located at 2700 Bay Area Blvd Houston, TX 77058 on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sign-in will begin at 7:30 a.m.

This is a perfect opportunity for high school parents and students to attend an event where the following session will be covered:

" Mock College Admission – hosted by UHCL Office of Admissions – Meet with university admission reps and discuss various mock student profile to determine if a student would be accepted, denied, or be placed on an admission wait list based on the student’s application.

" A FREE mock SAT exam for students who RSVP – hosted by UHCL Center for Executive Education – Please make sure to bring 2- 2 pencils and a calculator. You will be able to view your scores as soon as you are done with your exam if you bring a smart phone.

" Bridging the Gap from High School to College – hosted by UHCL Center for Educational Programs – a discussion of various available programs that help student succeed at acquiring necessary tools to advance academically

" How to Go To College for Free – hosted by UHCL SAT/PSAT prep course instructor – Jennifer Ledwith

" Exams 101 – the difference between taking the PSAT, SAT, and ACT -
